Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S. citizens, such as permanent residents, parolees, asylees, and other individuals granted indefinite stay by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and certain non-immigrants holding valid visas, may be considered as Â̲èÖ±²¥ residents for tuition purposes, provided they meet the requirements for residency for tuition purposes. In general, the student must be lawfully present with a valid immigration or visa status through the end of the term in which Â̲èÖ±²¥ residency classification is being sought and must not be residing in Â̲èÖ±²¥ primarily for educational purposes.
