Cheryl A. Krause-Parello is the founding Director of Canines Providing Assistance to Wounded Warriors (C-P.A.W.W.) a health research and advocacy initiative for Veterans. Krause-Parello’s research investigates the relationships among non-pharmacological interventions including human-animal interaction and biopsychosocial outcomes in veterans and their families.
