Upcoming Meetings
The Â̲èÖ±²¥ Atlantic University Board of Trustees hold meetings at least 5 times per year. Most meetings occur in-person, however some occur via conference call to attend to matters that require a timely response. The Trustees also hold an annual retreat each Fall.
Agenda and materials are postedÌý in advance of any regularly scheduled meeting. These materials will remain available until the final minutes are posted. Final minutes are posted by Committee and incorporate the materials presented at the meeting. The minutes of full Board meetings and special sessions are also posted along with any presented materials.

PUBLIC COMMENT
A public comment segment is scheduled for each plenary meeting of the Board of Trustees. In accordance with Â̲èÖ±²¥ law, opportunity will be provided for public comment on any propositions before the Board prior to the Board taking final action. Presenters will be required to complete a public comment request card prior to the start of the public meeting. Comment cards will be available at the meetingÌýor may be requested by sending an email toÌýpubliccomment@fau.edu.
