Learn from pros in the field as well as fellow student leaders from your campus on the best ways to build a successful organization and essential success skills for your future career.
iLead is a catalyst for students to become change agents by enhancing their self-awareness, developing skills in others, and recognizing their purpose within the community. iLead Student Leadership Conference: Build Well. Lead Well. is where students from the Â̲èÖ±²¥ Atlantic come together to build their leadership skills, piece by piece. Through interactive workshops, self-awareness activities, and peer-to-peer dialogues, students will piece together their leadership potential, strengthen the foundation of their skills, and build the confidence to lead with purpose and create a lasting impact on society.

Student Government Track
Specifically for Â̲èÖ±²¥ Atlantic’s Student Government (SG) – Join us for this leadership training retreat where students will spend time developing and fine-tuning their professional skills to serve as impactful leaders through the democratic process and create meaningful change at the institution.
Whether you serve in the Executive, Legislative, or Judicial Branches, or you’re just wanting to learn more about effective Student Government operations, this track aims to enhance collaboration, communication, and effective workplace practices to drive positive outcomes for you and your peers!
